We have been asked to produce a mood board on our music magazine and I have picked music I listen to myself and put them below, looking at the genres of these singers and albums they are mostly alternate, so this gives me an idea as to what genre I may put my magazines music in:

I think this company produces varied independent magazines. They are very succesful as most of the magazines are well known.

National Magazine Company:

• Elle
• Good Housekeeping
• Reveal
• Zest magazine

I think this company only has a few big names, however they are highly priced which makes them succesful economically as they sell alot of issues.

I think this magazine aims at gamers. They are succesful as they own loads of different magazines.

For my homework I have been set the task of deciding what  my photos in my school magazine will look like and what they will be about, seeing as my school magazine is going to be themed around arts evening or open evening, I also want my other stories to be about different events happening within school (sports days, after school clubs, exams etc.) I have thought of:
